Q: How late are you open?
A: Our store hours are 10-7 Monday through Thursday, 10-5 Friday And Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

Q: How long does it take to special order a product?
A: Most special orders come in within 4-10 business days. Should an item be back ordered, our sales staff will be in contact with you with an ETA to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.

Q: Do you repair instruments?
A: Yes, we can repair just about any instrument we sell. We have a highly trained repair staff that can repair all fretted, stringed, band, and orchestral instruments. We do not repair or move pianos, but we can refer you to local professional piano tuners for in home service. We also do minor electronic repairs in house, but generally refer you to an audio/electronics service center in St Louis.

Q: Do you buy used instruments?
A: Yes, we are always looking for quality USED and VINTAGE instruments.  Depending on current store stock, condition of instrument, value, make, year, and brand, a trade-in or purchase of an old instrument will be considered.

Q: Do you offer consignment?
A: Occasionally, but it's strictly dependent on space and the demand of the item.  Please call or inquire about RCM  selling your instrument.
